We handle everything — pricing, staging, photography, and the sale. You keep the lion's share. No upfront fees, no guesswork, and no chasing a check.
The process
Three steps, start to finish
Send us photos
Email three or four photos to consign@harborandheirloom.com, or bring the piece by the shop during business hours. We look at everything — furniture, lighting, art, jewelry, glassware. We respond within two business days.
We agree on price
We research recent sales for comparable pieces and suggest a retail price. You have final say. Once we agree, the item is tagged under your name and placed on the floor and in our online shop. Nothing moves that you haven't approved.
Get paid
When your piece sells, you receive your share within seven days — by check or direct deposit, your choice. No chasing required. Unsold items can come home at any time, with 48 hours' notice.
Transparent pricing
You keep more as the price goes up
Our split is tiered — the higher the sale price, the larger your share. There are no listing fees, no photography fees, and no handling fees. The split below is all you pay.

Check mailed or direct-deposited within 7 days of sale. Items remain on consignment for 90 days; after that, we contact you to reprice, donate, or reclaim the piece.
What we accept
- Furniture in sound structural condition (refinishing welcome)
- Vintage and antique lighting — rewirable pieces accepted
- Art and decorative objects with visual presence
- Jewelry and watches, signed or unsigned
- Glassware and ceramics: complete sets or exceptional singles
- Textiles (quilts, hooked rugs) made before 1980
- Architectural elements: hardware, mirrors, small fixtures
What we pass on
- Reproductions represented as originals
- Mattresses or upholstered items with pet damage or strong odor
- Non-decorative electronics (TVs, appliances)
- Flat-pack furniture (IKEA and similar)
- Items with an estimated value under $30
- Items that require major structural repair
